When I was in Geylang this afternoon, I made my way to the other side of the MRT line to give this stall a try because one local dish that I absolutely love is kambing soup.However, most Indian Muslim food stalls that serve Soup Kambing don't get it right. Haji M. Abdul Rajak Stall is located at Upper Boon Keng Market, specialises in serving halal food.
After trying it, I found that it's worth a try because the soup was actually very good. It was smooth and savoury (some mutton soup can be quite powdery). Succulent lamb and well recipe soup. Indeed the best extraordinary soup Kambing!
This was just the light snack that I need before dinner.
Conclusion: Whoever care for some absolutely delicious mutton soup can visit this stall. Remember to ask for a soup refill if you need more. Die die must try
