The Cathay Restaurant (已結業)

Quality Chinese Cruisines can be found at The Cathay Restaurant located inside The Cathay Building. TIll now, there isn't any dishes served here that are not up to my expectation. Would like recommend one of their signature dish: Cathay Crispy Roasted Chicken. The chicken meat is very tender and skin is not too oily and crispy. Garnished with shredded deep fried sea weed, it really taste special and yummy! Currently they also have ala-carte buffet dinner available daily too. My verdict:
