My most favourite MOS burger was almost ruined when I had it at this outlet for dinner one night. It is rather bad to eat beef which is overcooked as the patty is dry and hard. I don't mean that they have to make it medium rare or what but not overcooked to the extent that it tastes bad. I just hope that the SOP of preparing food could be practiced across all the outlets.
