This stall is famous for their char siew made from the pig arm pit part. It is supposed to be their grade A char siew and rather highly in demand. It usually sold out pretty fast so if you want this particular part of char siew then you gotta come really early. There is always a queue and the waiting time is expected to be 15 mins or even longer particularly during the lunch time, and everything is usually sold out before 1pm. This stall is famous for their char siew made from the pig arm pit part. It is supposed to be their grade A char siew and rather highly in demand. It usually sold out pretty fast so if you want this particular part of char siew then you gotta come really early. There is always a queue and the waiting time is expected to be 15 mins or even longer particularly during the lunch time, and everything is usually sold out before 1pm. The wanton noodle will be sold out first and left only the braised chicken noodle. This stall started with selling braised chicken noodle first.

The char siew is perfectly caramelised with the right amount of fat which given it the nice texture. The sauce is flavorful but the standard for the noodle can be quite inconsistent, it does have a slight alkaline taste at times. The wantons are always good though.

Overall this is an above average wanton noodle, and if you are someone who is particular on the char siew then you should give this stall a try but remember, do come before the lunch time if not you might be ended up with their grade B char siew or none.
