There are regular supporters for this noodle stall. You can see people queuing and waiting for the stall to open. That somehow explained the long waiting time. And, that is also the guarantee of the freshest ingredients used somewhat.
For $4.00, you are getting a prawn, a dumpling, a meat ball, mushroom, a few slices of meat and some minced meat etc. No matter, it is definitely value for money.
Dry vs Soup. I still prefer the dry one a little more, though the soup one was pretty good too.
Patience is the key, but the wait is worthwhile.
