Roasted Tomato Delight
Tomato roasted with garlic, zucchini and fresh herbs. Very refreshing after a long day's work and before you start on your drinks. Oven baked escargots
braised escargots baked with garlic butter and cheese. Could taste more garlic then the escargots, but also a way to paper off the somewhat snailish after taste. Grilled Foie Gras
Not a fan of Foie Gras but this was quite nicely done. Served with a charcoal bun and maple syrup, the sweetness compliments the fatty goose liver and the charcoal bread absorbs the melted fats in your mouth.Sirloin Steak
The table felt it could be better. Married with black better sauce, the slab of beef wasn't up to the mark which we expected it to be, prolly one of those nights. Swiss Rosti with Trio Sausages
Rosti was perfectly done. Crispy outside, yet filled with potatoes as a whole. A great plate to share with friends. Bratwurst, Chorizo and Chipolata sausages accompanies the rosti and it was one of the better dish we had. the drinks (awesome)
