I was really excited as I approached this stall and was amazed as soon as the dish arrived. My partner and I have ordered a new quirky dish- tofu fries. At first, it really sounded amusing as we had never tried tofu fries in our lives before.. only the common ones made of potatoes or sometimes, sweet potatoes. But then, this was made of tofu.
