Ordered this Tom Yam Seafood Linguine at the Ice Edge Cafe and the taste of this dish was pretty unique and appetizing. There were fresh prawn, mussel and calamari mixed together with linguine as well as chef’s special tom yam sauce. The prawns were soft and crunchy and the combination of the tender linguine and the tom yam sauce was superb. The only imperfect part of this dish was the slightly over chewy mussel and calamari.
