We settled at Saboten for dinner after we touched down the flight. Initially we wanted to have Astons for dinner but there was a queue and we decided not to wait anymore as our stomach is growling. The restaurant is not filled up and the seats are available.The staff leads us to our seats with the menu served to us immediately. As usual practice, we had japanese hot green tea to pair with japanese cuisine. It is a well combination. There is no charges for japanese green tea.
All set meals come with free side dish and the cabbage are unlimited.Slices of fresh cabbage was served and it tasted really good with the sauce. Cabbages were shredded to such a delicate thinness is perfect to soak with ponzu vinaigrette.
Salmon Katsu set @S$20.00. Salmon katsu taste crunchier and smooth in the inside. The set is quite filling with the portion served. Surprisingly the salmon texture isn't dry at all.
