Tonkotsu Kazan Ramen (已結業)

the ramen is put into a huge clay pot with a funnel on top. The pot has been heated.Then pour the soup into the pot and the heat cooks the noodles with sizzling heat.The funnel allows the steam to escape and 5 mins later you can eat. Still you may want to wait .The soup is very hot.  One flavoured egg is given and 4 hard boiled eggs are on the table if you want them. The set comes with a free drink. Very delicious and filling for one person.
