Currently at Jcube's Ginza Barin branch, there was a $10 nett promotion for several of the dishes. The $10 nett price included a cup of green tea and a bowl of miso soup.

The staff was friendly and recommended their Don menu but I had decided to try their ramen and ordered Tonkotsu Ramen. I was a little disappointed when the order was delivered to my table. There was only a piece of char siew.

The soup of the Tonkotsu Ramen was a little light as compared to many other ramen restaurant. There was green vegetables and black fungus in the soup. I would prefer they gave bean spourt and chopped spring onions instead.

The egg was braised and the yolk was watery, it tasted good. The char siew tasted more of braised than grilled and was fatty at the sides. The noodles was normal ramen, slightly springy.

Overall, I guess I would be ordering their Don instead of Ramen the next time I dine there.
