Umisushi has been at Jurong East Interchange for quite a long time, but I've only ate there once. Decided to takeaway my dinner from umisushi one day! I ordered the student meal at $5.50 which consists of a drink and a bento set. I choose Tori Teriyaki as my bento out of the 3 given selections. Service was abit slow as there were a few people in front of me and it took me 10-15mins to get my food.
At first glance, the meat might not look much but it's actually enough for one serving. I really like the mashed potato topped with fish roe, a rather differing taste from the other food. The cauliflower and brocolli were probably cooked for quite sometime before I ordered and it could be cooked longer as it was abit hard. But overall, it was a satisfying meal as the meat was nicely cooked and marinated!
