I love the name of this stall - Tow Kwar Pop. As a fan of rojak and tau kwar bao, I will always order this dish whenever I see it to satisfy my craving. As there's only 2 uncles in the stall (one taking order and the other doing the mixing of the rojak, one have to be patient for good food if there's a queue. I waited for quick awhile before the uncle presented the dish to me. Ordered a set of rojak and tow kwar pao, the you tiao taste really crispy! The tow kwar pao is stuff with cucumber and beansprout and it tasted super refreshing. The black rojak sauce used is not too sweet and by adding the peanut does make it taste even better. If you are a fan of dried cuttlefish and century egg, you might also want to add in them for the extra flavor!
