Got to know that Soup restaurant doesn't just serve rice dishes, they have fried mee sua and pig trotter beehoon as well. As the minced pork is chopped by hand and not using a machine, the texture of the steam minced pork is ultra tender and juicy. There are bits of chestnut inside giving it a nice bite. This is one of the best 手打咸蛋肉饼 in town!
