Today I went to koufu for lunch with my friends. It was quite early, about 11am which is why we managed to find some seats quite easily. I ordered the U-mian from Ban Mian stall. There was quite a long queue and the auntie was a little impatient, however, I have used to her character, so I made my order without a second thought so that she won't have to wait for too long. I always love the dried anchovies added into the soup. It makes the soup tastes sweeter and smells nicer. Today's U-Mian is q
