i decided to go fishing today.for eel.and what better way to enjoy it but with egg atop some delicious japanese rice.so i got a unagi don.no frills.no sets. just me and my one bowl of unagi don. the fishes were of an ample thickness. the egg and onions wet the way i like it with mirin.some days i forget that the simplest things bring the greatest satisfactions.try it.
