Not that I've the intention to compare but still, a great alternative to the other satay stall at Bukit Timah Market. Decided to try this one as we were seated just right in front of it and it looked decent. Yong Seng Satay & Western Food currently sells chinese satays only as the western food will be temporary unavailable. Ordered all 3 varieties; pork, chicken and mutton. They don't serve beef probably due to religion reasons. I must say, all were good and the mutton didn't have any meat odour

The fine satay sauce was something unique as it also came topped with pineapple puree, which blended went with the grounded peanuts, giving it a natural touch of tropical sweetness. Not many satay stalls serve pineapple peanut sauce these days! Priced at $0.45 each so that you'd have the urge to order 10 sticks or any whole number to make payment easier. Oh yes, friendly lady boss by the way.
