I probably only had a proper meal at TCC once before, a very long time ago because I never had the impression that TCC was a place to have a full meal at. I usually go there for their drinks and desserts only. It was during lunch with a few colleagues and I ordered the Wafu Beef Spaghetti ($20.50). I was expecting something less soupy and more creamy but it came up rather much like ramen, just that they used spaghetti instead of noodles. The beef was quite tender and was marinated very well, but the pasta was just average.
I also ordered the Azuki Freeze which is a blend of Japanese red beans and soymilk. Surprisingly, it wasn't that sweet and was quite refreshing. Overall, my verdict of this restaurant is that it's still more of a place to chill and have some drinks or desserts with your friends.
