I wondered if the old auntie who took my orders was having a bad morning as she was pulling a glum face. Although bits of soggy skin stuck to the plate, they were supple enough to hold the fillings, yet YIELDING moist and chewy bites. Gritty, juicy with tingling heat beneath the sweetness, each mouthful was a sensation.
