This pastry has a rich and nice buttery smell before putting into the fridge, but when I took it out from the fridge after a day, the smell disappeared, even if I took it close to my nose and smell, only a slight buttery smell can be smelt.The pastry itself is quite thick and became hard after a day of refrigerating.No buttery taste for the pastry despite its smell before putting into the fridge.The wintermelon filling is nice though, not too sweet.
