I have always been buying snacks in ION's basement, and have never really noticed this store.... until Openrice's food tasting event! When I was reaching the place on Saturday, I was amazed at the long queue! My favourite is the soy sauce ones. The skin is crunchy and well-seasoned. The inner was tender, but not as seasoned, but overall, the taste was just right. I also like their garlic ones.
My tolerance for hot stuff isn't very high, the spicy ones were nice too, except it wasn't something that I want to eat like 3 or 4.
As for the burger, it was great too, portion-size was just nice, not too small. It came with a side of fries, which were well-fried, not too oily.
PLACE
Though it was busy, we were pretty comfortable with our seats, at a large table with high chairs. There's another section with booths seating, chairs and tables, so you get to choose.
VERDICT
I'd definitely be back for more! Nice crispy wings at an affordable price in town!
