This is my second time here and I decided to try the tau huay in a wooden tub which I saw other tables ordering the last time I was there. The tau huay was very hot when it arrived and it is a very unique experience scooping the tau huay from the tub. The sugar syrup is separate, so customers can have the control over how much sugar to add to the tau huay. I like this way of serving since I can adjust the level of sweetness based on how I like it to be. The tau huay is very smooth and it is quite wobbly. I added a little syrup for flavour to minimise on the calories and it is as tasty due to the good quality soy beans used. It is a great and healthy dessert!
