Am always an avid fan of Pepper Lunch but this is seriously the worst one that I've ever encounter..Firstly, food is served reallllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyy slow. Waiting time is about 15minutes with ~4 heads right in front of me. & you call that express?Secondly, the portion of meat is utterly pathetic. I'm considered one of the "lucky ones" who got a little more than others. My friend ordered their beef pepper rice and there are ~ 10 THINLY SLICED 1CM BEEF. Secondly, the rice is a little burnt on the underside when they served it to me. Not that I wasn't stirring at all, it is already slightly charred before I reach the table.
Slow service, poor quality for food, exorbitant prices. (As a student, I could easily get the pepper rice set lunch for $5.90 if I'm not wrong, at the Pepper Lunch restaurants.) Furthermore, I can also get some water. >_>
I'm definitely not paying $6.20 for this meagre amount of meat as well as the snail-paced service. This changed my impression of "Pepper Lunch Express", not going to any of PL Express anymore. I'd rather head to their restaurants.張貼
