Hong Kong style roasted pork was famous here. Charcoal bbq-ing, it was handful countable stalls still using it to prepare their food in Singapore. A suitable food for lunch, we purposely came here for it. Red-lish Char Siew looked delicious, in fact it was. Roasted pork was great with crisp skin and nice ratio of fat. The gravy just simply poured on top of rice, it was the style of the food here. Too bad, the soup was too oily, I was not able to finish it up. Chilli was special recipe from the b
