If you happen to patron at Din Tai Fung, do order their signature xiao long bao if you have never try it. The dumpling skin is very thin and smooth which you must really slowly have your first bite of it as is steaming hot and there will be this juicy sweet gravy popping out from this dumpling before you continue to eat the juicy minced meat in it.
