Each Xiao Long Bao has a minimum of 18 folds. This layer of thin dumpling skin can hold a juicy pop of minced meat and frozen soup. Eat with caution. Bite off the top before carefully sipping on the delicious soup mess then putting on some sliced ginger and a touch of vinegar. Ahhh. Eat it all in a mouthful before you drip any of the soup! At about $1.50 per dumpling, this doesn't come cheap. And to be honest, even though it's nice, I would prefer the one at The Eastern just because it's equally delicious and a lot less hard on your wallet.

Between the two of us, we also had a side of veggies. Stir fried long beans with szechuan chillis.
