Braised Pork Udon Soup The braised pork broth is quite flavourful, i think the braised taste is not enough but the soup is already quite sweet and tasty and I still can taste the spices flavour.The pork meat is cooked until so soft that I can just simply chewed and the meat separated by its own. The udon is chewy and spongy too.
