I was game when my friend suggested going to Din Tai Fung for our lunch since I loved their xiao long baos. Luckily, as it was after 1:30, the afternoon crowd had dissipated, and we only had to wait for a short while before we are ushered to our seats. We both spammed the xlbs, ordering only two longs of it as our lunch. I like having lots of vinegar and ginger shreds with my xlb.
