Hot Star Large Fried Chicken (已結業)

I tried this XXL fried chicken in Taiwan, Macau, Hong Kong and now in Singapore! I went with anticipation but a little let down by the standard. It is actually not too bad if no comparison. The chicken meat tasted quite bland especially at those thicker part. The tip is to ask for extra chilli powder to be sprinkled on the chicken cutlet to give it the extra flavour. The chicken cutlet was nicely fried so it did not taste too oily. I might give it a try again if i happen to be there again.
