It is my FIRST TIME seeing and tasting and eating a yellow xiao long bao! It is really amazing how people managed to think of such innovative idea, making xiao long bao even more appealing (even though it is already so appealing) With colours come different flavours, making it look more appealing and special. However, truth be told, the original one taste more splendid to me.... that's my opinion
