This stall's yong tau foo is abit different from most of the other yong tau foo stalls around us as they used thick light sauce gravy instead of the usual sweet reddish sauce to spread on their yong tau foo items. Most of the items use their handmade tofu skin which the texture is really soft and smooth. The deep fried green whole chilli is also quite crispy and the fish paste used in it is also chewy and full of the natural sweetness from the fish meat used in making the fish paste. Overall w
