I ordered the smallest portion of yong tau foo which costed $3.50. There was no freedom in choosing the ingredients and it was a standard bowl format. I ordered the YTF with soup and it consisted about 10 small ingredients. Half of them were quite unique in appearance (not common in other YTF stalls). The fishcake was green in colour mixed with some other ingredient which was not bad. The prawn (long cube) contained fresh prawns that were chopped  and kneaded together. The taupok contained fish

The taupok contained fish paste and the other contained (pork?) meat and were tasty too. The soup was bland but yummy. Chilli was good too. Best part was when ingredients were dipped into the chilli sauce which was quite spicy! Sweet sauce was not too sweet as well. Worth a try.
