During Chinese New Year, a lot of restaurants has Yu Sheng, also known as raw fish salad on the menu. Swensen's has its own version of Yu Sheng which is priced at $28.80 for takeaway. Today office has ordered the yu sheng for the staffs to enjoy. The yu sheng is packed in red boxes. I am surprised to find lettuce in the yu sheng which is uncommon, and some more in big pieces. It looks more like a western kind of salad and quite different to toss. The lettuce should been shredded in order to be tossed easier. It tastes quite tangy and refreshing.
