Instead of the usual fried rice, I've decided to have noodles soup today...plus some add on Pork Chop noodle soup $9.50++This dish is refreshing, noodles is springy and not salty...soup has a light and clean taste. Oriental salad w/ chinese vinegar $3.50++One of my new found fave...its a cold toss dish (凉拌菜) bursting with flavors. The vinegar dressing is mild and not sourish nor pungent. The mixture of strips of tofu, kelp, red chili, chives, tau geh and tang hoon provides a myriad of flavors in every mouthful...a fab dish!
I like the fact that service staffs here speaks in Taiwanese accent mandarin and are always warm and cheerful...I will be back for more 張貼
