I was hungry after an afternoon at the ArtScience Museum, and Pita Pan was right across from the museum's exit. The other diners' food looked good and the prices were right, so decided to give it a try. Falafel seemed to be their specialty, so I went with the classic falafel balls with pita bread. The falafel arrived fresh from the fryer and was hot and crispy. The pita bread was soft and chewy, and together the combination was absolutely delicious. Definitely one of the best value falafel meals in Singapore.
My only criticism is that I wish the sauce accompanying the falafel was a bit thicker and more flavorful - it seemed a tad watery. I'll definitely be back to try more!
