I love Japanese ramen! I have heard about Santouka serve great ramen but never had the opportunity to try it. I went the central to have lunch and spotted Santouka when I was browsing the shop directory at central. It was hidden in a corner if I didn’t read the signs I am sure I won’t be able to find it.Santouka @ The Central is small and cozy. I ordered the Pork Cheek (Tokusen Toroniku) Ramen! The pork cheek literally melt into my mouth! Yummy! Remember to put the pork cheek into the soup to he
