My girlfriend met me to go Queensway shopping centre so she suggested we ordered some satay to go with our food. I ordered a dozen sticks of the chicken satay. We are rather picky when it comes to satay and would only prefer having the chicken ones. The satay here was really good, it was marinated perfectly. The marinate made the satay taste so sweetish and tender. When grilled the satay was s tender and juicy. There was not much fats in this satay and the oil probably seeped out when they were

The marinate made the satay taste so sweetish and tender. When grilled the satay was s tender and juicy. There was not much fats in this satay and the oil probably seeped out when they were grilling it cos when they served to us, it was not that oily. Their peanut sauce was really good, very thick and had this strong nutty taste. they added some pineapple puree like thing in it, it gave the sauce some acidity and sweetness. It coated the satay real well and enhance the taste of the meat.
