Had my dinner in this famous steamboat restaurant at CLarke Quay. Even though items are sold in ala-carte pricings, still the food here taste great and value for money. Love the Chicken soup base which is at $20, the chicken broth is very fragrant and thick, which is not too oily. Also enjoy having the black pork belly (at $6 per serving) which is sliced till really thin and the meat is very juicy and tender. Dip in to the chicken soup base simply delicious!
