Celebrating a friend's birthday and we decided to try out Zen Japanese Vegetarian Restaurant at Midlink Plaza as our friend is a vegetarian.Unagi Don Set - $14This is not the real unagi since we are talking about a vegetarian restaurant here. The unagi is actually made of tofu grilled with seaweed and nice sweet teriyaki sauce. I really like this dish and it proves that vegetarian dish can be made so interesting as well!They offer a wide variety of dishes including salmon sashimi! Of course,
