We had a wonderful department lunch at Poulet Changi Airport .Food was excellent as usual -  the signature creamy mushroom chardonnay sauce was sinfully rich and totally satisfying. Another interesting dish is the pissaladiere - which is pizza on a crispy flaky crust . Thanks to current promotions , we tried the crispy chicken winglets with raspberry sauce and the Creme Brulee .. Chicken was a tad  too 'fried' for my liking, but it certainly went well with the smooth raspberry sauce that accompanied the winglets.Creme Brulee was pleasant . Staff were very attentive and quick to provide extra napkins and utensils  that we requested. A special word of commendation to the captain , Albert who promptly provided a candle and quickily lit the area were were seated at when we told him we had a birthday occasion to celebrate.…查看更多

This restuarant used to be in redhill - but has moved to this new location 2 years ago.i must say, the old venue at the top floor of a shopping mall was certainly easier to access and busy with lunch and dinner crowd.at this new location, it is still busy during lunch time but quiet during the dinner hours . Food wise, Loy Sum Juan continues to dish up delicious home style cooking.Prices are also reasonable . our all time favorite - the HK style steamed fish head reasonably priced at $18 per serving (half fish head) . fried chicken (ha cheong kai) is another of our favorites. Not forgetting the stewed duck with sea cucumbers - yum!! Food and service not comparable to the other japanese restuartants / food chains we have in singaporewe ordered a ebi & ika set , a hansaki ika tempura and topped up for chawamushi and mini cha soba . we also ordered a california roll both the ebi/ika set and chawamushi were doused heavily with soya sauce. so much that at the end of the meal my taste buds found the california roll refreshing and bland . not likely to visit again …查看更多
