Lunch hour is always packed. Hence, I decided to have a light lunch as I was not too hungry. I went to Delifrance to have my quick lunch. I ordered Tuna Crossiant. This is one of my favourite food. Had to work past lunch time on New Year's Eve. So had a quick lunch at Soup Spoon. A bowl of hot soup would be nice and good on a rainy afternoon. I ordered Tokyo Chicken Stew with a set meal of Ham & Cheese Sandwich and a glass of Ice Lemon Tea. I love the stew as it has lotsa ingredients like carrots, turnips and chicken chunks, and it's very easy to drink. Makes you yearn for more.…查看更多

I met up with my long time friend for lunch today. We were thinking of what to eat and suddenly I crave for beef noodle. This time I brought my friend brought me to this stall near Boat Quay. The beef noodle was nice, however I feel the portion was a little too small for the price I paid. The food is definitely good but I feel it's a little overpriced. =( I ordered Mixed Beef Noodle (Dry) which only come in medium size and paid slightly more than the regular portion. After a game of tennis in the evening, my friends and I went to Frankie's @ 280 Coffee Shop for our dinner-cum-supper. This coffee shop is near my house, so I would usually buy take-away or have a meal over here. I like the Fried Carrot Cake (Black) at this coffee shop. Now I've become the stall's regular customer. The carrot cake is nicely tossed with the dark sauce and eggs. It is stir-fried to my liking. Have brought a few friends over to try it and they liked it as well. =) I would usually order a cup of Ice Lemon Tea to go along.. Definitely a sinful meal after a session of tennis. This was the Christmas gift which I received for Christmas!! My friend knew this is my favourite snack. Once I start, I simply can't stop! There is always queue at Wisma Atria's outlet. The smell of the freshly baked cookies can be sniffed from afar. This is one of the best cookies I have had. I loved their chocolate chip cookies and usually I will have it with my tea. After a long day at work, my friend and I decided to head to KFC for dinner as we had cravings for it. KFC would be my next choice to be after MOS. I love their Crispy Fried Chicken. Their meat is tender and the crispy skin is delicious to eat. I always had to try to refrain myself from eating finish the skin. Their whipped potato and cheese fries are a must to have. Usually I try to alternate them between my visits to KFC. =) Other alternative meals to have are Zinger Burger Meal and Chicken Wrap Meal. These are my favourites as well.…查看更多

MOS is one of my favourite fast food restaurant. Usually I try not to have fast food for my meals, however if I would have to choose, then MOS is first on my list. I love their burgers - Fish Burger, Terikayi Chicken Burger and Yakiniku Beef Rice Burger are my frequent burger set. The set comes with their thick fries and a drink, which I usually change to their Iced Milk Tea. After a meal at MOS would keep me very satisfied. Another day after lunch, my colleagues and I headed straight to Ya Kun Kaya Toast for our after meal drink sessions. This outlet is always packed with working adults during lunch hours. So it was lucky that we managed to find a seat. I had my usual Iced Teh-O to quench my thirst after my lunch. Iced Teh-O never fail to refresh me after a heavy meal. =) I also like their kaya toast and egg set. The toast is crispy thin and simply yummy. As usual after lunch, my colleagues and I are thinking where to get our after lunch drinks. We decided to head for the hot favourite - Mr Teh Tarik. The long queue is normal to be seen at the counter. I ordered my usual Teh-O. Although this is a simple drink, but over at Mr Teh Tarik, it's slightly thicker in flavour, hence nicer tea taste to drink. This is definitely one of the favourite for the working adults in Raffles Place area. Located at Far East Square, it was always packed with working adults during lunch hour, with a snake long queue. I went there once before with my family and the food was fantastic. Hence for my boyfriend's mum's birthday, we decided to go Canton-i for dinner. The service there was good as well. We each ordered our own rice / noodles and a few other side dishes to share. We had roasted duck, char siew and roasted chicken. My personal favourite is the Char Siew. It was snapped up so fast that I did not managed to take a picture of it. My next favourite is Yang Zhi Gan Lu or Mango Sago with Pamelo. The mango and sago simply melt in your mouth. Since my friend brought me to this place, I always look forward to my next visit. This time round, my friends and I decided this place for our Christmas Eve dinner. Once again, our dinner was good. We ordered lots of sashimi and sushi as they have 50% discount for sashimi and sushi before 8pm. This time round we ordered Yakiniku Udon to try. It was delicious, but the sauce was alittle too salty, probably cause of the Yakiniku sauce. However, the overall dinner experience was still very good. Hope to go back there soon.…查看更多

After my colleagues and I finished lunch in a hot afternoon, we decided to head out to Kawa Cafe for bubble tea. We have to get there fast as there is always long queue. I got my all time favorite - Honey Green Tea! I really love it as it's refreshing and delicious to drink. I can choose the level of honey for my drink. For other drinks, you can choose your level of sugar too. It has become one of my usual drink place to go. …查看更多
