Krispy Kreme is almost here!
Krispy Kreme will be making available 15 different creations which include the signature glazed donut. In keeping up with its "donut bomb" tradition, Krispy Kreme will also be giving away 100,000 doughnuts 45 days prior to its opening date.
In October of last year, Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation announced that it will be opening 15 outlets in the country in the next five years. This will be made possible by the franchise agreement they signed with Star360 Group, a prominent retail operator in Asia.
"We are pleased to finally introduce Krispy Kreme, the brand that has won fans the world over, to Singapore," said Andy Chaw, Chief Executive Officer of Star360 Group. Since Singaporeans are known to be doughnut lovers, they expect the brand to take over the doughnut scene by storm with their world-famous glazed doughnuts and freshly-brewed coffee.

If you live and breathe doughnuts, or would like to, be sure to join the wild anticipation of Krispy Kreme's official opening this Saturday 12 October. The first customer in line will receive the Krispy Kreme Golden Ticket, which entitles the winner to a full year supply of doughnuts! How crazy is that! A Silver ticket will be awarded to the second customer, and a Bronze to the third, who will win free doughnuts for 6 and 3 months respectively.
Note that vouchers for a free dozen of doughnuts are still to be won by the 4th to 200th customer with every dozen purchased and goodie bags for the first 500 as well.

At present, the Krispy Kreme Original Glazed® doughnut can be found in over 700 locations in 21 countries, including Australia, Bahrain, Canada, China, Dominican Republic, Indonesia, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, the Republic of Korea, Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.
