Signature Dishes
I bought a bread from BreadTalk to accompany my study session at home. Thankfully there was no queue at the cashier, because it was already late at night and I needed to rush a bit.Choco Croissant - $1.70. This bread was very soft with chocolate coating, almond flakes and dusted sugar. It was so yummy that I could finish at the speed of lightning hehe. For the price, I think it's a bit steep for a not-so-big-sized bread. But I don't really mind because it tasted so good.

Since Breadtalk is an established local bakery, so my girlfriend and me will have our supper plans by purchasing breads.It is not worth to buy $1.70 for ikan bilis bun, where inside had nothing while eating the whole bread last night.Pork floss buns are pillowy soft, with a touch of cream on the inside because it's a cream-filled bun topped with pork floss. Since the Floss bun is still one of BreadTalk's best-sellers, they will not have any promotion on this.One good thing must really commented is their bread has a lighter feel and tasty when eating as compared to other bakery shops.

I was at Novena Square when I saw BreadTalk at a corner on the first floor. Decided to give their new Hello Kitty cake ($4.20) a try. It is actually a dome-shaped Tiramisu cake with frosting all over, and decorated with the face of Hello Kitty, complete with whiskers.Well, I guess I didn't have high expectations for the cake to taste fantastic, so I did not feel too disappointed.Taste was average, but presentation was cute. It was a bit pricey given the size of the cake.

If you are craving something to eat at night, maybe you can buy this, Sugar doughnut presented by Breadtalk.A simple original flavoured doughnut with sugar powder sticked on the doughnut’s skin, it was delicious and super fluffy. For me, a good doughnut cannot be too hard, just like this sugar doughnut which was soft in its texture. It could be a snack or dessert after meal taken.

Bought back a few of the sliced cakes from this bakery shop for my tea break with my colleagues. All taste equally delicious and very fresh as well. Especially love to eat their marble sliced cake as it is very moist and soft for its sponge cake and also the stong flavour from the butter used in it make it very fragrant and delicious as well. The green cake sliced cakes also is full of the natural fragrant from the green tea used in making it and it is also not too sweet as well.
