This is one of the few more famous Wu Xiang Guan Chang stalls in Singapore. This stall has more "internal organs" side dishes than other stalls around Singapore, but I'm no fan of those, so I stick with my fried eggs and Guan Chang.First of all, this is not cheap. had a plate of fried fritter like this.Among all the ingredients, I like the Taiwanese Sausage the most. Very flavourful and crunchy skin when being fried. Other ingredients includes fishballs, meat roll, tau fu and luncheon meat. All are being fried. Delicious yet oily and unhealthy. Dont eat too frequently should be okay. continue reading
