We reached the cafe at about 3pm on a tuesday afternoon. Personally I like this place quite a fair bit as it's a good and quiet place for catching up with friends. we ordered wagyu beef salad, chocolate lava cake ,hot latte and long macchiatto. Both of me and my friend found that the wagyu beef was a little bit too fatty and overcooked. As a dessert person, I simply love the lava cake however portion is a bit too big for 1 pax to finish, would suggest 2 to share. No complain for the coffee.Overall,I would still come back here to catch up with friends as it's a quiet place in the midst of e busy orchard road. continue reading

Caramel Crunch Coffee blended Went to Dome Cafe for a teabreak. Got the Caramel Crunch Coffee blended drink. My friend had an ice coffee which comes with an ice cream which caused the coffee to be very thick after it has melted. The ambience of the cafe is quite nice, dimly lit and very relaxing. I shall pop by it soon again to enjoy a cup of ice blended mocha! continue reading

It was a Friday night and most of the restaurants at Orchard were just packed...except the Dome Cafe at Paragon. At first, I had my doubts if I wanted to eat here since there weren't a lot of people and usually, this means that food isn't good. But my friend and I were already tired from walking, so we thought WHAT THE HECK! Let's just eat here.I had the Roast beef sandwich with the walnut bread. The waiter said that it would take 15 minutes of waiting, but it took less than that to serve me my dinner. It came with chips and salad, which made it worth 12 dollars. The roast beef was really tasty, however I found that the sandwich was a bit dry. It could have used more dressing... The chips were still crispy and the salad was also very fresh. It was a good meal after all. continue reading

Had a dinner with my friend, super long since i last ate at Dome. And finally the day has come!We had ordered a Sambal Crayfish Crab craw spag. I chose this type of pasta as i can enjoy the full taste of the sauce much more than the usual spag. Sad to say, crab was out of stock, hence it was replaced by prawns. Overall tt taste great, not too spicy. I added some tabasco for some sort of spice and sour taste. My friend ordered the sandwich. it was big and it has baron, ham, lettuces, tomatoes and sauce. served with chips and salad. overall not too salty, taste light and good the banana choco mousse cake, looks wise not as good.. but taste great. thats the comments my friend gave.Soup wise are taste good, we added black pepper too. lastly, i had a chocolate ice cream choco drink. overall, to summaries... its main course, added on - sets (drink + soup)..changed my drink to choco drink instead of the usual drinks. continue reading
