Ordered Gong cha coffee and it was awesome! The foamy creamy on top fits well with the coffee when it is mixed well. The coffee tasted good with 30% sugar level so it wasn't that sweet. Will definitely order again! There is 10% off for ntuc link members too!Tried the earl grey milk tea as well with pudding and it suited perfect for my taste due to the strong tea flavour plus the soft pudding mixed with it that you don't even need to waste energy to chew.  continue reading

So after a day out, decided to try a some drink from Gong Cha...Earl Grey Milk Tea - $2.50I like the strong scent of Earl Grey that blends well together with the milk tea. It's quite a calm tea that soothes the mind and makes one have that pleasant and blissful feel after taking the first sip. For health purposes, one reduce the sugar level to 25% or 50%, 25% for a little blander. 100% or 75% is too sweet for an earl grey milk tea, and all you can taste is the sweetness and the milk, but not the fragrance of the earl grey tea. continue reading

Gong Cha Milk with Oolong Tea, and Konjac JellyI was blown away by how good the tea was. I finished every single drop of it within just a few minutes - by that, I mean I finished all the ice too. The tea was really unique, strong and fragrant on its own, but after I stirred to mix in the milk, the fragrance of the tea remained. I love how the konjac jelly tastes and feels like konniyaku jelly, which is one of my favourite dessert. The ice was a bonus - I love it that the ice were not in the form of solid cubes, but it was cylindrical, and surprisingly it had a very fluffy bite to it, which I really enjoy. I crushes and falls apart easily when I bite into it, which was what made it so enjoyable that I even finished the ice.One of my favourite flavours in the entire menu! continue reading

My friend bought a cup of melon tea and I totally fall in love with it instantly. The smooth texture of the milk and the aroma of earl grey are absolutely lovely. Some might compare Gong Cha with KOI but I would probably think that these two stalls are different even though both have similarly expensive drinks. I like the way Gong Cha actually offers more variety and types of drinks as compared to KOI while I like the latter for giving the buyers a choice of sugar level. continue reading

my sister came back from sentosa and brought home gong cha for the family. She ordered me the oolong milk tea with herbal jelly. She helped me order 50% sugar level. The oolong milk tea tasted very fragrant. the amount of milk they used in the tea is just right, making it taste very creamy and milky. The herbal jelly is very smooth, it is a little tasteless. Herbal jelly is really cooling, good for hot weathers. continue reading
