This packet of nasi lemak cost only $1.80. But it was extremely satisfying. The pandan rice was really fragrant. The chilli was also really good. There was otak that came with it. The tea here is also always consistent. it's fragrant and not overly sweet. There is good amount of tea in it which makes me feel it is value for money. I enjoy it every time I have my tea here.

Mee rebus is not a dish that I order regularly. This time though, the mee rebus was pretty satisfactory. This simple dish was really affordable at less than $3 per bowl of noodles. It came with a whole egg as well as taupok pieces to top the mound of yellow noodles. The gravy was pretty tasty, of the right consistency with good flavour. The noodles were super duper spicy though!

Good Morning Nanyang is not another Ya Kun alike. Beside local coffee and tea. They also serve some home made curry during lunch time. I liked the option that you can have your curry with rice or if you are more Westernised, you can order it with Ciabatta bread. Ciabatta bread taste different from white bread or french loaf. This combination is pretty cool and still brings out the taste of the coconut curry. The gravy has a just right texture. It's not thick like Indian curry and it's not too li

This combination is pretty cool and still brings out the taste of the coconut curry.

The gravy has a just right texture. It's not thick like Indian curry and it's not too light that makes you feel that you had been cheated out of your $5.

The spiciness for me was just right too. Chicken was tender. Very home make feeling.

Overall very good!
