Signature Dishes
This is by far my favourite outlet of happy lemon. I decided to give them a try and ordered their honey lemon juice. The person really made it just the way I wanted it, the balance of the honey and the lemon juice is just right. The honey was not too sweet yet it managed to musk away some of the sourness that the lemon has. You do not get the teeth clenching feeling from the sourness of the lemon. It was indeed refreshing.

There were some drinks at happy lemon that were having promotion one of which is their aromatic tea latte. It is actually the normal milk tea with pearls. It was pretty cheap, only two dollars. The milk tea or tea latte was very fragrant. they use really premium tea leaves to brew their tea. it was not too sweet as well. happy lemon does not have any sugar level but their drink was not too sweet for me. their pearls were very chewy and nice to eat.

I just went to the newly opened Junction 10 I saw that Happy Lemon was having an offer for certain drinks at only $2!Personally i find their drinks to be somewhat like koi or gong cha abit ex so at $2 it's considered a steal I ordered 烤珍珠奶茶 (Aromatic Tea Latte with peal sago)They don't have the sugar level thing like koi they all so i find this tea to be of quite healthy!I usually love sweet stuff so this could be a bit bland for me But the tea is very fragrant and i saw their chart that this is top 4 so i got this Service was quite fast, cheap price and nice drink what more could you ask for Would still recommend this as a must try since there's offer now, grab before its gone!

Brought a cup of their kumquat green tea with coconut jelly. This beverage has a nice and refreshing kumquat taste, not too sour. As for the green tea, it was well cooked, has a nice green tea aroma and no bitterness taste. The coconut jelly has a soft and chewy texture, go well with the drink. With more and more bubble tea kiosk opening in singapore, I think that different bubble tea kiosk should come up with their own unique creation of drink to attract customers so that customers will have more choices of drink to choose from.
