Duck porridge $3.This bowl of duck porridge has quite a lot of duck gravy drizzled over it and mixed in together. I find that the gravy is too salty and thus ruins the whole bowl of porridge since it has already been mixed in. It also makes the porridge too watery. The duck meat is also quite fatty which will not appeal to the health-conscious.

A plate of Duck rice costs $3 which is reasonably priced. Additional ingredients of Beancurd costs 60 cents and egg around 50cents so Total price paid was $4.10. The duck rice was brown itself without any sauce. The sauce was not salty. The meat was quite lean and tender. The beancurd was soft and absorbed the sauce well. The braised egg tasted good as well. Overall the duck rice is worth trying.

Maybe it was amazing, but I have to tell you that this was the first time I was actually eating Duck noodles in Singapore. Normally, I used to eat Duck Kway Teow Soup, which origin of the dish is from Swatow, China.I followed my friends and came to this place, boneless duck with yellow noodles in savory gravy. You may eat along with vinegar chilli sauce, otherwise you could serve it with some dried chilli flakes instead.
