I'm back here again for some affordable teppanyaki! The lunch set here costs only $9.90 and you get a whole plate of meat, lots of veggies and a bowl of soup too. The teppanyaki chefs here sure know how to do their thing. They cooked up 3 servings of veggies in a single swoop and equally divided them up into 3 plates. It's my first time trying the pork here. Although I still prefer the beef, the pork was tender and tasty too but it seems they use exactly the same type of sauce for all the meats.

It's my first time trying the pork here. Although I still prefer the beef, the pork was tender and tasty too but it seems they use exactly the same type of sauce for all the meats. You could also add-on an omelette for $1 if you'd like. Overall, great place to have some pretty affordable teppanyaki.

Teppanyaki in Japanese cuisine is all about having a chef stand in front of you and demonstrate his excellent cooking skills. I often enjoy watching the Teppanyaki chef whip up a dish while entertaining the guests with some stunts, like throwing his spatula in the air and making a huge flame with a splash of sake. Well, this Teppanyaki stall at Wisma's Food Republic is not your fancy Teppanyaki restaurant where the chef performs such stunts, but the food here is good value for the price. I paid

I paid only around $10+ for a Beef Teppanyaki Lunch Set and a drink. Although the beef was a little bit on the salty side, the lunch set also came with a plate of bean sprouts. Overall, it's good value for money if you're craving for some Teppanyaki.
